Ginger root (Zingibur officinale), Black pepper fruit (Piper nigrum), Pippali fruit (Piper longum).
Dosage: ½ - 1 teaspoon mixed with hot water or 1-2 drops of honey or as suggested by the practitioner.
Uses: Traditionally used for enkindling the digestive fire. Also used as a rejuvenator and stimulant.
