Reservation / Reschedule / Cancellation Policy

We work by appointment only. So please call in advance to get the appointment time of your choice and ease. You will also need to provide us your email, a contact phone number and your Credit card information when reserving your spot.

To better serve our clients, we require 24 hours notice for cancellation or change of appointments, scheduled Tues - Thurs, and 48 hours notice for cancellation or change of appointments scheduled Fri - Mon or there is 100% charge per service.

Please call us within the policy time to make any changes for your appointment.

Refund Policy  

No refunds will be made on any treatments or consultations. Panchakarma Packages can not be canceled after the Consultation and Panchakarma preparation notes. Minimum 7 days notice required to reschedule Panchakarma treatments. Products can be returned or exchanged, only if not opened, within 7 days period after purchase.

Gratuities

15% gratuities are added to all 90 Min and up services.
