In this Khichari Home Cleanse Package you get an initial Ayurvedic Nutrition & Lifestyle Consultation; Breathing exercise consultation; ongoing support consultations as needed during all the days of cleanse (via phone, text , email); post cleanse consultation; 3 packages (uncooked) of Khichari mix (rice+yellow split mung lentil or millet+yellow split mung lentil), khichari spices to prepare khichari at home, 1 package of Detox Tea (CCF tea).
